Welcome to our independent suite in the centre of Olbia!

Right in the centre of Olbia, with all services within walking distance and practically next to the railway station and the bus and coach terminal, you can walk to the old town centre in 5 minutes or the seafront in 10 minutes on foot. You won't need to enter someone else's house because you'll have your own private entrance which you can access comfortably by self check-in, although it will be a pleasure to welcome you if you are at home. Inside you will also find the key to the splendid garden set up especially for you, to relax in the gazebo, under the sun, under the sun umbrella, lying in a cot or sitting comfortably in the outdoor lounge, perhaps enjoying your drink or smoking if you smoke, but also to work, since the fibre-optic wifi covers the entire structure and is free of charge. And if you are a sportsman, you can use an outdoor gym equipped with everything for a small supplement! And again, if you want to relax, you can immerse yourself in the jacuzzi, also outdoors but covered by a pergola, safe from unwanted glances. The jacuzzi can be used in fine weather, albeit heated and with the option of an outdoor infrared heater, while the gazebo can be used all year round thanks to the same heater. While all year round you can have breakfast in the covered and enclosed veranda available to guests where you will always find a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toast machine, and fridge stocked with everything you need to quench your thirst and refresh yourself. Inside you will find all the comforts, air conditioning, mini fridge, wifi, 55" oled smart TV, study corner... complete with towels, bed linen and personal hygiene kit. In short, the luxury of the hotel declined in B&B for the most demanding customers!
